3. Arrange appointments
Make your arrangements early to meet important contacts. Devote your talks to the most important topics, as you often won’t have more than 30 minutes for a meeting. When you plan your schedule, be sure to include enough extra time for moving around the exhibition halls.
4. Book travel and accommodation.
Have a look at our new environment-friendly travel offer by coach. Remember to book your travel arrangements as soon as possible and don’t leave it too long to reserve a place to stay. 5. Apply for a visa
Please apply for your visa in good time, without fail. The Frankfurt Book Fair’s visa service sends out personal invitations to exhibitors, trade visitors and journalists from countries with a visa requirement.
