With accreditation via the Frankfurt Book Fair's website, you have the convenient option of printing out your own press pass online.

You've already been accredited before?

If you have already been accredited to the Frankfurt Book Fair in the past, please log on with your e-mail address and password. You can then upload your credentials as a journalist in your journalist profile or send this to us by e-mail or fax. An overview of eligible credentials is available to download in the accreditation guidelines on the left.

Please click "Registration" above the header. Or use the link "To Registration Form" at the end of the step-by-step instructions. After selecting the customer group "Press", please complete the form with your personal data and click "Continue". Now fill in the journalist profile section. You complete your registration by clicking "Send".
You then receive an e-mail with an activation link which you are requested to confirm. This step is designed to vertify the e-mail address given in your registration.

But your accredition is not yet finished.

If you have not uploaded your current credentials for your activities as a journalist in your journalist profile, then please send these by fax or e-mail to the contacts listed on the left. A list of the credentials that we accept is given on the left as a pdf document for you to download. We are unable to process your details until we receive your credentials.

Processing of credentials when received is generally completed within 14 days. As soon as you have been accredited, you receive an e-mail from us confirming this.

Your accreditation is now complete.

NOTE:

Please note that we are unable to send out confirmation of receipt of credentials submitted for your activities as a journalist. There is no need to be concerned and you are asked to refrain from contacting us with enquiries about this.

As an accredited journalist, you can print out your press pass online.

The online press pass is personalised and includes a barcode that is registered when you go through the entrance to the Fair. This pass is therefore non-transferable.

If you forget to bring your online press pass with you on any day during the Fair, you can print it out again at any time.

Please note that the press pass does not entitle the holder to free use of the RMV public transport services.

NOTE:

The online press pass service will be available to you again in good time ahead of the Frankfurt Book Fair 2010.
