System Stand
The Frankfurt Book Fair offers you a stand module devised on the basis of a prefab exhibition stand system which can be varied according to your requirements.
A system stand module includes the following elements:
- rear walls as per width of your stand
- 2 side walls as per depth of your stand
- 4 book shelves per m wall
- 1 bench cabinet per m rear wall
- 1 ceiling frame per 4 sqm incl. lighting track
- support walls for stands > 8 sqm (as required by statics)
A system stand module is included in the rental price per sq m floor space, inclusive of
- electricity (1 kW connection, 1 power point and flat rate for consumption)
- stand nameplate (please tick on registration form)
Additional charges:
- carpeting: rip, flecked light grey (obligatory, does not need to be ordered separately)
- additional stand elements (as chosen)
- furniture sets (as chosen)
All stand sizes are available to you on the basis of a 2 x 2 m unit.
We need to charge additional changes of stand layout not caused by the Frankfurt Book Fair.
Stand decoration
Please treat our stand material with care. The use of screws, nails and adhesives which cannot be removed without leaving residues is not permitted. Any decoration materials fitted to the stand must be removed completely and without residues on the last day of the Fair. If parts of the stand suffer considerable irreparable damage due to aggressive adhesives, the parties responsible will be liable for the replacement costs of such parts.
