Here you find information on the payment of your fees as well as on refund of turnover tax.

We accept payment by credit card or bank transfer to "Ausstellungs- und Messe GmbH des Börsenvereins des Deutschen Buchhandels".

Credit card

You can pay by credit card, using Eurocard/Mastercard or VISA.

If you wish to pay by bank transfer, please direct your transfer to one of the following accounts:

Payments must be in Euro. Cheques have to be drawn on a German bank.

Any bank fees shall be charged to the transferrer.

Viewing invoices

Administrators who register a stand for their company may also view invoices and credit notes on their personal start page after login ("My Book Fair"). This applies to the stand rental as well as to the online services of the Frankfurt Book Fair and to the participation in fairs abroad. Payment requirements remain unchanged.

Reimbursement of Value Added Tax (VAT)

Under certain conditions our exhibitors are eligible for reimbursement of Value Added Tax, if they are resident in the European Union or in one of the countries mentioned below. Regarding the conditions for reimbursement of VAT more information is provided by the German fiscal authorities (“Bundeszentralamt für Steuern” www.bzst.de). In case of doubt, you are advised to consult your tax adviser or the Bundeszentralamt für Steuern.
