Press Centre conference room

The conference room in the Press Centre seats approx. 80 people. Its equipment includes 7 / 8 microphones on the platform, a beamer, ISDN- lead and a screen.

On the Book Fair Sunday, the award ceremony of the Peace Prize of the German Book Trade will be broadcasted.

The room can be hired for 320,- euros + VAT per hour (half an hour each for set-up and breakdown are included in the price).
Following receipt of your order you will receive our invoice and as soon as payment has been made, your reservation will be finalised and your booking becomes binding.

For cancellations up until 15 September, we charge a fee of 175,- euros.
No refunds are possible for cancellations made after 15 September.
